4. Safety and Emergency Procedures: Our building always remains locked. Contractors will retrieve each client and lock the door behind them, as well as lock up the inside and outside door before exiting for the day/night.

4.1 Health and Safety Standards: Contractors must clean/sanitize the salon before leaving for the day/night and must comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.


4.2 Emergency Response Protocols: Contractors should be prepared to respond appropriately in the event of an emergency. Lock the door, call 911 for police or ambulatory services, then report to Ashley.


4.3 Incident Reporting Procedures: Contractors are responsible for reporting to Ashley any safety concerns or incidents promptly to ensure timely resolution.


5. Client Services and Satisfaction:


5.1 Service Delivery Standards: Contractors are expected to deliver high-quality services and prioritize client satisfaction.

9.1 Termination Protocols: In the event of termination, contractors must adhere to established protocols and return any salon property.


9.2 Exit Procedures: Contractors may be asked to participate in exit procedures to provide feedback and facilitate a smooth transition.
